Mow / Trim - We will visit as needed, and monitored by contractor to ensure premium property care. Mulch - 1" - 2" (depth is subject to customer request) of bark mulch to be applied to all existing mulch beds. Color is approved by customer prior to installation. Mulch will be applied no later than June 15th, unless otherwise requested, by customer. Mulch - Depth and color to be maintained throughout the season. Edging - A fresh edge to be cut along all existing mulch beds (where applicable). To be completed prior to mulching. Weeding - Removal of all unwanted weeds from all mulch beds. To be performed during every mow visit. Weeding - Removal of all unwanted weeds on/along curbs, around buildings, walkways, driveways, etc. Spring Clean Ups - The removal of sand, leaves and any other debris from all lawn areas and mulch beds. To be performed after snow melts and no later than May 31st. Spring Clean Ups - Removal of all sand from driveways, lots and walkways, if plowing was performed by a separate vendor. Spring Clean Ups - Fix all plow damage, loam and seed areas of lawn damage, if plowing was provided by separate vendor. Fall Clean Ups - Removal of leaves and other debris from all lawn areas, mulch beds, driveways, parking lots and walkways. Fall Clean Ups - Performed once per week until snow flies or as weather permits. Pruning - Pruning of all shrubs and bushes to take place once during mid-season. Pruning - Limbing of all trees up to 6 feet (where applicable). Pruning - Pruning once per month or as needed. Aeration - Helps to loosen up soil to allow air and water to get to the root system of the lawn. This helps with the growth and the overall health of the lawn. Usually performed late fall or early spring. De-Thatching - The raking of dead grass that forms a "carpet" layer at the base of the grass blades and can starve the lawn of nutrients. Usually performed during spring clean up. Annuals - Flowers and plants that are planted in the spring and then removed in the fall. Adds additional color to your property. Color and species to be determined by customer. Mums - Fall flowers, usually to replace spring annuals. Adds color and vibrancy to your property as other flowers go dormant in the fall. Fertilization - The fertilizing of lawns, shrubs, trees or any other weeds in lawn areas and the spraying of unwanted weeds in other places. This service is different customer to customer. We can set up treatment plans for as little or as much as you need. Selecting this option will signify that a treatment plan must be agreed upon. Snow Plowing - Zero tolerance, if there is any snow in the air, we will be at your property to keep the walks clear of snow and pretreat the lots. Seasonal Snowfall Contract - Up to 75 inches and billable there after. Seasonal Snowfall Contract - Up to 100 inches and billable there after. Seasonal Snowfall Contract - Up to 125 inches and billable there after. Seasonal Snowfall Contract - Unlimited snowfall. Melting Agent - Sand / Salt - Unlimited Applications at contractors discretion. Melting Agent - Salt - One application after storm. Melting Agent - Salt - Unlimited applications at contractors discretion. Melting Agent - Calcium Chloride - Walkways, one application after storm. Melting Agent - Calcium Chloride - Walkways, unlimited applications. Stationed Crew - Stationed machine with operator, ie: backhoe, skidsteer, etc. Stationed Crew - Stationed plow truck with operator. Stationed Crew - Stationed shovel crew. Call Back(s) - Calling the contractor back to clean up, where cars were parked, city plows on entrances, or where there were other obstructions to the plow service. Sand Barrels - The contractor will provide sand barrels at the property. Customer will inform the contractor how many sand barrels and where they would like them stationed. Sand Barrels - Contractor will fill the barrels at the beginning of the season. Customer will need to request when they need the barrels refilled. There will be a charge to refill of $45 per barrel.
